Reimagined Confidence (RC) is a registered Kenyan community-based organisation headquartered in Siaya County, with a nationwide mandate. We exist to close what we call the confidence disparity — the invisible gap that holds back capable children and youth long before any gap in skill or intelligence ever shows.
RC began when our founder watched her own siblings from Siaya struggle to speak up beside their urban peers — not for lack of ability, but for lack of confidence.
That moment named the problem. Children and youth from rural and underserved communities carry real potential. What they often lack is the inner infrastructure of confidence — the belief that their voice matters, their ideas count, and they belong in any room they enter.
So we built a platform — one where young people use the God-given talents they already have to empower their own communities, where the skills of elders are passed down rather than lost, and where every young person who is empowered goes on to empower the next.

VConfidence isn't built in isolation. A confident learner needs confident facilitators, supported by capable educators, encouraged by engaged parents, inside a community that believes in them. RC works across every layer at once — so the change holds long after we leave.
Every young person we empower goes on to empower the next — which is how change becomes self-sustaining, owned by the community itself.

Each programme targets a different part of the community — but together they build one continuous foundation of confidence.
We remove the barriers that push children — especially girls — out of the classroom: sanitary-towel drives, shoes, and writing materials. Then we go further, nurturing each child's talents and creating safe, joyful spaces to play, connect, and belong. We're not a school — we help children stay in one.
